ERMINE — Letcher Central made the most of six hits as the Cougars pulled away late to beat Belfry, 8-0, in a game played on April 1.

 

Max Baker and Trevor Hardin each singled, scored and drove in a pair of runs as LCC moved to 4-6. Winning pitcher Jonathan Potter added one hit and batted in one run.

 

Matt Fought suffered the loss as the Pirates dropped to 2-8.
